The amount of sale tax which is applicable to your order depends on a number of factors including but not limited to the retailer's location, your own location, number of products ordered, total amount spent, and various tax laws. It is the retailer's responsibility to calculate and charge sales tax. We will estimate the tax that we believe you will be charged by the retailer based on the data provided and display this estimate on your checkout screen.

The final tax amount will be reflected in the retailer's order confirmation. In rare cases our estimated tax may be different from the tax charged by the retailer. In these cases the difference is normally no more than 2.5%, however we cannot guarantee the aforementioned due to factors which govern tax charges, as outlined above. BE AWARE that you will be liable to pay the actual sales tax charged by the retailer. Where you order aboxfelloffatruck products your tax is likely to be more accurate.

We strive to get this information as fast we can, however if the retailer is experiencing delays, this can unfortunately slow down how fast we get back to you.

Why did this happen?
Retailer stock information is updated systematically, unfortunately there can be a small delay between an item going out of stock and this being reflected on aboxfelloffatruck.

In the aforementioned case your order will be automatically cancelled and you will not be charged.

Prices will be displayed in one of three different currencies on aboxfelloffatruck US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros.

aboxfelloffatruck works much like an online shopping mall where you can browse and purchase from a variety of global retailers, brands, and creators.

Please select your country and currency by using the drop down list on the top right-hand side of aboxfelloffatruck.com. This will display your country as well as the currency you will be paying in.

There are a few different reasons why your payment may have failed including but not limited to the incorrect payment details were provided or your bank did not authorize the transaction.

In most cases you will be able to re-place your order successfully by double checking your payment details or speaking with your bank.

Please be assured that if your order was unsuccessful you will not have been charged.

We partner with retailers around the world. You may have to pay customs duties on your items, depending on your location and the location and policy of the retailer(s) you are buying from. Duties are calculated by your local government and will usually need to be paid by you directly to the courier company. We will display the estimated duties for your order on the checkout page. Please note that this is an estimate only and the actual duties charged may differ. You can also check the retailer’s help center for their full duties policy. Your local customs office will calculate the exact duties once the item has arrived within your country and inform you of what you need to pay.

If you are able to add the item to your bag on aboxfelloffatruck, here’s how your order steps will look:
