aboxfelloffatruck partners with retailers, designers, and creators from all over the world. Shipping and delivery policies are specific to each individual retailer and will therefore vary by item. If the items is sold directly by aboxfelloffatruck the items can be returned for 30 days and must be in new or the same condition it was shipped. 

How do I find this information?

The shipping information can be found on the product page of the item, if you click the "shipping and returns" tab, you will be able to see the retailer’s policy. Many of our retailers will offer international shipping. If there is a "cop in store button", you will be directed to the retailer's website where you can view their shipping and returns policy in their dedicated section.

For example, if the item/items you have ordered are with the retailer Brother Vellies, you will need to visit the customer care section on the Brother Vellies site where you will find their delivery policy.
